I get a real rush finding the lps then getting them home and making them mine by cleaning and shaping up real nice. Then file and listen. Also appreciate it when the group tells me about the recording I might not know. The canned heat is a 1st pressing so will check the first side, thanks John

I'd bet the "Frank Stokes' Dream" vinyl routinely auctions for $50+ if it's in decent shape. As for the London Howlin' Wolf, it's decent, enjoyable. If it's not the greatest Wolf recordings, it's also not the worst, either. Whoever crapped on it steered you wrong.

Deepest Blue Posts: 780 Feb 20 12 9:58 PM	No all the the lps are NM shape. I wont buy lps that are not in great shape its a waste. I have a system where I use disc doctor with the special brush, then special inner sleeve and outer sleeve. That makes them feel more like my lps not someone elses. If I told you what I paid for the lps you would flip out. Hell I did thats a lot of money for me. 102 for all of them. Good peple I deal with. Could you tell me your opinion of the BB kings? I move slow with my system like I said but its worth it. Saves the lp and the needle also. I use all tube amps its the only way to go for me. Rebuilding a Dual 1019 N another Dual people say they sound great currnently using a Music Hall with a Stanton cart. But the carts on the Duals are excellent. I love the blues.Thanks for the kind words. John

Deepest Blue Posts: 4476 Feb 20 12 10:12 PM	The BB's are early material, so that may or may not be to your liking, it's hard to know until you listen. Also, Kent/United issued this stuff a thousand times, so whether you get a decent pressing or not is hard to know in advance. Given the small price you paid, you have nothing to regret buying them. Love your Dual 1219, wish I still had mine.
