It was great wasn't it Taffman.... I tuned in too early and got a beginners guide to Reggae and was worried I'd got the date and times wrong.... Now I'm wishing my life away for next week!

Don't forget Paul Jones's regular Blues show tonight on Radio 2 @ 8.00pm!!

Loz you could try True Blues on Radio Wales 7.00 to 8.00 Thursdays---a bit hit and miss!-- but mostly he gets it right

I'm busy taking notes...
I've been busy listening to WROX ...great...especially for that Memphis /STAX sound

On Saturday afternoons there is a deep Delta Blues Hour called Cat's Head Blues, too.

Mr Jones's Little Walter show was good last night! Poor Walter only getting a dime a gig while My Waters was getting a dollar....

Taffman : I got on t he BBC Wales site and listened to the show, not bad at all!!!!!

I heard Chris Rea on a radio station somewhere, he's got a new album out and it sounds a 'bit' bluesy in places... I think he's flirting with the blues.

He paints guitars in oils on canvas these days apparently...

Sorry for starting this post in here BTW it should really be in Happenings I suppose.....

Just heard Paul Jones' Lightnin Hopkins show. Lots of nice tracks but I thought it a shame he couldn't find time for any of his more upbeat boogie numbers, or his very witty double entendre numbers(or an upbeat boogie double entendre number)
