Greetings all. I'm quite new to blues. I have played classical piano and Baroque and Medieval keyboard music off and on for years. (Not that I am any sort of spectacular musician mind you)
I'm attracted to the blues because:
1. A down to earth roots-y feel about it.
2. Not so flashy as jazz where if you aren't a virtuoso you just can't play.
3. I luv the Hammond organ, both hearing and playing it!
I'm mostly here to learn about blues, about the different styles, and to discover which types and artists I really like.
I wanna listen to blues and I wanna play blues!
