So Many Roads - But who is the artist?

Link below goes to a version of So Many Roads I recorded from the radio about 20 years ago. Sounds like the Musselwhite arrangement but not a version I can find anywhere...if it is Musselwhite. I have never been able to figure out ID of performer or the album from whence it came.

Anybody?

It resembles a recording by John Hammond, Jr. on an album entitled "So Many Roads," (Charlie Musselwhite is on harp) but it is not exactly the same--maybe another recording he did elsewhere around the same time or something? Just a wild, uneducated guess.

i've got some ideas--but it would help if you told us what
radio station and it's location. 20 years ago you recorded
it--but from where?

sounds to me like it was a stations recording of a live show
at a festival or show.

No it was just a track played among many other album tracks by various artists. The radio station I recorded it from was located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Possibly KKUP in Cupertino. Holy sh*t. I see you are from right down the street in Paso.

it's sounds alot like night cry blues band, or maybe johnny
nocturne's band. the harp player doesn't sound like musselwhite
to me.

after listening once again---it's hard to say.

harp? might be gary smith, possibly andy just
or another of the good south bay harpists at that time.
