Posts: 249 Mar 15 07 10:29 AM	Tags : None Hi everybody - Jake Horton from Wilmington, N.C. Glad to be here on this forum. I've been listening to and playing blues for about 20 years. My favorite stuff is the early 50's distorted Memphis style and the 50's Chicago Blues. Also the West Coast Swing and jump blues. I grew up in SE Mass and first got into blues through Duke Robillard, Ronnie Earl and those guys. Also studying the credits on the Stones albums like many of you. Deepest Blue Posts: 3147 Mar 15 07 11:16 AM	hi jake and welcome. this is one of the better- or the BEST- blues forum i know of. we're working on 3 years in operation and there have been very few glitches, thanks to blindman and his great moderators. i appreciate your taste in blues. i only add that i'm deep into hill country missippi blues, delta, and swamp also. in fact DELTA MUDD'S motto is "swamp to swing and in between"! hope to see you posting here and there.
