From 1947 until his death in 1973, he lived in Detroit but returned to Mississippi to record with his brother Percy in 1951 for Trumpet Records of Jackson. Their 2 records are just wonderful - but wouldn't it be great to hear the 5 unissued tracks?

Deepest Blue Posts: 6919 Jun 23 06 3:04 PM	Thanks for this info. Maybe its part of the fire that Trumpet had at the time that 5 tracks were lost ? I think I read that several of Sonny Boy's songs were lost so he had to rerecord his songs. All the above written is in my opinion unless it is someone else's opinion, or a fact.
